山城100確實比鎮西堡好跑太多了
第53-56k手錶⌚️充電🔋中⋯
每4k 就有補站、有熱食有多種水果飲料滷味餅乾糖果~跑完還有很多熱食可以享用喔,工作人員也很熱心親切~
這一次我抓到跑長距離上坡的訣竅了,還有近百k的順順跑(雖然前20k有跟著小衝一下)感謝蔣老師一路說教^_^
不過⋯跑完也曬黑了,另外既失聲又跛行啦==
現場有運動按摩治療師,蠻有效果的!
這次百k,一路上的補站,幾乎都有進站進食,不讓自己感到餓,務必要維持體力!
一路上也吃了能量膠*2、水動能*2、鹽錠*3、30k和60k各吃了一顆止痛藥。
上了5次廁所⋯呵呵🤭
