今天參加跑者們最熱門,也俗稱大拜拜的賽事--台北馬拉松。本週剛好冷氣團來襲,對跑者是一個非常好的破pb天氣。雖然沒有甚麼練習,既然抽中台北馬,也想好好地跑一下,一起跑就很認真的往前跑,進補給站也只喝水運動飲料,偶爾補充香蕉番茄,就馬上繼續跑。市區賽道還算好跑,上了環東高架及河濱,冷風吹及逆風,真的累啊。30公里看大會時間還有1小時15分鐘,似乎有機會4小時內完賽,可惜雙腳明顯沒力,且快要抽筋抽筋,努力維持速度,最後4公里吧,被4小時兔子追上及超越,縱使前面快,後面無力也沒用,最後只差了21秒就可以破4,這樣的成績反而讓人不甘心,就差那麼一點點,最後晶片成績4:00:21。一年就跑這麼一次速度就好,拼成績真的好累好累。
