| 開學馬,為了跑這場我上夜班到4點請假在沒有充足睡眠下去跑,跑到10k之後身體開始反抗,喝水就吐,頭開始暈暈整個人快昏倒一樣,之後就跑跑走走速度變慢了右腳腳跟也開始疼痛了⋯最後跑走意志力撐到終點,很痛苦啊
