前3K先跟百馬團慢慢跑,也跟好久不見的港友跑友聊聊。第二,三站補給站都好擁擠,在車上有吃早餐,還不想吃東西,就喝了一杯運動飲料,第三站烤全豬烤好了開放拍照,還沒開吃🤤,7K折返點肚子不舒服,先去代天府旁公廁上大號。
解放完過後覺得輕鬆多了,看百馬團也還沒來,應該是在第三補給站烤全豬停下來吃喝玩樂了😆,我繼續往前出發,也開始進入爬坡,來到賽道最高點二寮觀日亭,停下來看風景,今天並未設定完賽時間目標,就想跑場歡樂馬,每一站補給站都給他停下來吃吃喝喝,享受了許多美食(蔥油餅,豆花,花生鹹粿,紅白蘿蔔小貢丸湯,甜心三明治,水果有鳳梨,香蕉,喝了很多種冷飲,鳳梨清,仙草蜜,青草茶,綠茶,啤酒等等...)半馬折返後回程跑原路反向,天氣開始變熱,上上下下的坡道,就這樣走走跑跑吃吃喝喝,終點前最後一站補給站吃一根把噗冰後,回到終點。
終點也有很多美食攤位還有免費完賽餐點關廟滷麵,冰棒,啤酒,好久沒有在馬拉松途中和賽後吃那麼多東西了,大亞旺來馬可以說是被美食特色補給誘惑而參賽的😁😁。
