難度極高的石碇馬早已盛名在外,以爬山的方式完成已有心裡準備。
一早4點左右出發先到板橋接宗霖,再到華梵大學集合,從山腳下往學校開上去,發覺如果這是今天跑步的路線,真的會鼠人啊~~~
停好車再做最後著裝,怎麼找不到的我鞋咧?!又驚又挫,沒鞋怎麼跑啊,難不成準備來個Y拖山路初馬,那可能會在山路上跌跤跌很慘吧!還好宗霖提醒了我,早上交給我的台灣馬物資裡有一雙跑鞋,立馬回頭去拿出來試試SIZE合不合腳,喔㖿~嘟嘟好,就勉強穿上陣頂一頂吧!
出發後就先來個小坡,接著大概1公里的下坡,出了校門,緊接著就無止境的上上下下,過了半馬拆返點後,來了一個急陡坡,那個坡應該有45度那麼陡吧,下坡還得帶煞車,不然真的會用滾的下山了(聽說去年路線方向相反,哇靠,這長陡坡怎麼爬上來啊?慶幸今年路線反過來了!),沿途許多茶園,也飄著製茶的茶香,風景也是很漂亮。中途下了兩陣大雨,後半段幾乎都是在雨中奮鬥,好不容易繞完兩圈,來到35K左右,接著又開始無盡坡,真是要命,體力都快耗盡了,還來個回馬槍,只好走走跑跑回終點了。這路線還是體驗過一次就好!
慶幸的是今天天氣很適合跑步,去年在炎熱的6月,難怪石碇馬會被傳為"死定馬",哈哈!
