今天覺得狀況不錯
一開始就跑在sub4配速員的前面,到20k大腿有抽筋的感覺才放慢速度,到了30k忽然又醒過來了,後來還是後繼無力,慢慢龜回終點
實際公里數少了一公里,部分路線和石岡馬重疊
