| 今天雖然衝得快,在折返點時卻意外跑錯路線,幸好一公里以後遇上登山客,指引我方向。
回到折返點,遇上陸續而來的跑友,彼此鼓勵之下,下切到筏灣瀑布與吊橋,來回多了5K,但是一切超級值得,風景太美,作夢都會笑。
令我意外的是,接著14K的下坡竟然不是愉快的心,而是一直想要放棄,數度當上步兵,看了心律超過200,才明白下坡也是要練的,只慶幸沒有膝蓋不適。
