嘉義李信達(蘭潭跑跑部aka北回慢跑) 嘉義李信達(蘭潭跑跑部aka北回慢跑) 2023全國牙醫盃,42公里全馬組,

總排14,分組第3名。
這次承蒙 #玉民長跑隊 協助團報,
也感謝先前 #北回慢跑協會 2次測試路線時讓我跟跑,
早就知道雙潭一直到淺山房前1k折返的路線,
上下起伏超級累人,
因此比賽前設定3小時15分為目標,
前面8k跟著總排渤詔一起跑,
稍稍超速了一點,不過再來我左腳後十字韌帶覺得痛,
自己降速了一下,緩和後繼續拉卻已不見車尾,
於是整路獨推,思考著配速和補給策略,
回程到35k後,開始雙小腿輪流小抽筋,
幸好調整配速後還是壓下來沒大抽,
最後3小時05分完成比預期成績還好,
慶幸前面沒爆衝,後面只有小小爆掉XD🤣,
謝謝小冬終點幫忙拍照,
還有嘉義三鐵理事長龔大在終點的鼓勵,
領完獎後,特地去跟玉民長跑隊的大家合照。
隨即回家洗澡,然後趕到 #玉井三清宮,
今天三清道祖祝福壽誕儀式,
同時也提供 #玉井國小 學生獎助學金,
雖然遲到了,但一定要去感謝致意一下,
早上跑完全馬42k,然後開車來回又120k,
真的累......
