| 第二回參加奮起湖百K,又碰巧當天是自己生日,原報名時希望比去年的成績13小時7分進步一點到13小時內;遺撼賽前兩週右腿跟腱炎,並沒有完全恢復,所以只求平安完賽,差不多有三分之一的路程是用走的,慶幸完賽。 賽後評分: 補給不錯,最愛鹹粥,熱湯,鹹蛋,滷蛋,特別在經過了大上坡後,喝上一小碗,吃上一小塊,有助電力回升。
