| 訓練量是不會騙人的!
今年為了挑戰第一次的鐵人三項
跑步雖然還是有訓練,但長距離幾乎很少在跑
每個月的月跑量常常不到100公里
果然,訓練量是最誠實的
一開始還可以開到5分速
15公里後身體狀態急速下降
20公里後連6分速都快保不住
勉強撐到30公里,大腿根部痛到不得了
只能用比走再快一點的速度前進
還好遠東馬的補給站超多
每個補給站進去補給順便休息
最後一公里放開來跑,沿路刷人
可惜還是沒能保住410
