快一年沒跑全馬了, 跟隊友選了這場當開學馬,賽道好香噢!哈哈。。。
今天狀態沒有很好,後面一直降速,大腿後側要抽筋要抽筋的,有不少地方需要調整跟改善,後段雖然辛苦,但我很享受比賽的過程,也相信身體會有記憶,把這次的痛苦轉化成下次的養份。台北馬一定會有所突破的,加油。
