| 制霸貓貍(完賽時限16小時)失敗,原因如后:
1.對地形伏及賽道路線不熟,沒有事先先請教有經驗前輩,因此跑錯路多跑三公里,最後也是因為這三公里被關門,而通常跑錯路都是一個人落單的時候,雖然有下載wapme,但是發現跑錯路往往來不及。
2.錯把玉虛宮(補給點)當成會埸(雲洞宮),兩者距離20公里,變成5鮎5分才到會場,5點IO分才出發,少了10分鐘的時間
3.天氣熱,猛喝飲料造成肚子漲氣,使胃食道又逆流,最後的15k一直吐,吃什麼喝什麼就吐什麼,無法食補,沒有力氣,到最後剩1小時26分的8K回終點上坡(爬升500公尺)路線跑不下去。比我後面的王印財均能順利完賽。
4.這場賽事由於賽道太硬,不少人沒跑完被關門或降至50公里組,雖然我犯的錯誤太多,但是還是堅持跑100公里將它跑滿,然而97公里被關門有點可惜,但是也學到不少經驗,再求精進。 賽前宣言: 平安完賽,不要受傷 賽後評分: 將去年的賽道倒過來跑,起伏的髙度更可怕。 給 5 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 108~131 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 131~148 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 148~153 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 153~162 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 162~167 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為167 點此去設定最大心率 |
