總是開出一堂又一堂令讓人顫抖的課表⋯
台北馬都還沒跑就開始開下一週新的課表⋯(他說這是超前部署⋯🤣🤣🤣)
站在起跑點上不緊張~告訴自己「三寶媽~妳可以的💪」
賽事的心率比平常高一點點~但是不影響非常好的跑感~全程跟自己對話了無數次~「不要急~冷靜!慢一點~」
隨著即將進線的終點線~更讓我雀躍不已~
終於~終於真正完成一個小小的目標了~🤗
2020年的板橋馬因為公里數不足~給自己框架了一個PB⋯終於~突破了~🎉🎉
進了終點線~不爭氣的眼淚還是滾了下來~是感動~是感謝~
