今日曾文馬起跑溫度15度,全馬人數將近600人,因為'獎金很高一推高手來跑,前21公里1小時45分,前半馬有認真跑,後面35公里有點後繼無力,雖然山路覺得前幾場磨練,整體速度有跟上,補給算不錯,全程頂多喝水、果汁及吃香蕉而已,跑完肚子蠻餓的,順利完成比賽,久違3小時41分速度,希望狀況越來越好,下週南故宮馬見喔。
