今年遇到好多下雨天!早上五點下大雨,還好起跑前雨就停了,但依舊讓鞋子溼透。前半馬配速狀況還可以,大約跑14K就覺得累了,因為天氣太悶?或者根本就是耐力不夠?不過參加路跑的目的就是練習盡力。要更有效率地跑,還有得練了。
