台南郭文全 上周五突然訂到下午4:53分莒光號回台南車票,沒時間壓力就好好地玩,周六夜宿屏東,10日搭火車6:15抵達枋寮火車站看到一整群肖ㄟ,個個摩拳擦腳!6:30起跑大家背著大包小包的不像一般比賽用衝的,大夥慢慢跑。
從起跑點到30k處頂點都是太陽高照悶熱的天氣,大部分時間都在登山健行,趕火車的就很努力地跑!而我也是登山健行組的,哈哈哈~~
起跑時背包重5.4kg,1500cc的水和1500cc舒跑,一套衣褲備換,餅乾、烏雞丸、3條堅果棒、智慧型手機(下載路線圖離線導航用也可拍照)抵達30k處3000水幾乎喝完食物還有剩,30k將水補滿再加兩包能量包,吃了西瓜和八寶粥休息後繼續趕路,浸水古道雖是下坡但相當難跑,都是樹根和大小石頭,必須相當專注,不然很容易摔跤和腳底翻船,我在周六臨時買了一雙涼鞋當越野鞋則在此受盡折磨,還好無傷完賽,其實下坡路段不用背那麼多水,最主要是下到大武溪河床那4k多完全曝曬在太陽下需要水分,我在這段河床真的很想下去泡水!但最後只有把毛巾沾濕擦拭臉部就繼續慢慢走,出了河床要沿著溪伴山路跑但有岔路就和跑友玩手機導航,由於時間還很充裕就上坡走下坡跑,平路也走太陽實在太大了!原本穿襪子在河床時就把它脫掉結果會磨腳背,快到終點脫掉涼鞋但柏油路面是燙得要死,快到大武火車站時就聽到有人大喊又有人回來了!真是頭上三條線,生存遊戲嗎?領完500元獎金,沖完澡換好衣服,剛剛的歷程在心中迴盪不已。
