今天的補給非常的棒,是這輩子參加路跑以來最厲害的補給,粗估有9樣飲料,以及16樣食物,令人經驗的是:洋芋片、豆干、啤酒、冰咖啡、豬頭皮、綠豆湯、炒麵、泡麵、能量小羊羹...,獎牌非常有質感,也很漂亮,是一場很用心的馬拉松賽事!
自己今天跑的狀況:跑的很掉漆,突破了自己最慢完賽的馬拉松記錄!檢討原因有兩個:
1.自己的肌力不足,心肺也不強,所以跑20公里後,膝傷復發,只能開始當步兵....
2.自己太受到受氣溫的影響,天氣一熱,心跳就驟升,我很賣力的補充水份、大口呼吸,心跳卻還是繼續上升。推測是我的攝氧率過低,因此要回頭練有氧訓練區間,好讓身體攝氧的能力提高。
賽前宣言: 五小時10分內完賽!
賽後評分: 補給是太讚了!有冰咖啡、冰啤酒、維他路P、炒麵、泡麵...這是我看過最用心在補給上面的賽事!無論在「款式」與「數量」上都很充足!
