備戰南橫108後,緊接來著原本未列入的北臉,練習量與心態都沒能調整至最佳,已有能完賽就好的準備,賽前收到北臉贊助的鞋子,沒練跑超過30k以上有些擔心能否撐過40k,在烏玉到華克山莊前半段跑得還不錯,明顯鞋子的幫助不少,但華克前的下坡整個跑不動因楦頭的關係腳掌開始不舒服,當時也時天氣最熱的時侯,轉換的過程一度襪子穿不上,因為腳一彎就快抽筋@@
60k後開始一路上坡準備攻獅子頭山頂,內心已經不斷上演要不要棄賽的戲碼,一路走走跑跑結束福德宮這段大撞牆,獅子頭山徑幾段垂直攀登的部分應該是最刺激的體驗,沒走好掉下去可不是開玩笑滴,邊走回馬路前開始下起了大雨,這雨對我來說算是下的好,除了生理的降溫外也讓自己醒醒記住這段堅辛的過程,了解如何更謙卑的面對事實
剩下的路段跑得多走得少,只是和美山的樓梯怎麼走不完的感覺,真的好想飆罵><,在陽光團的集合點取得最後的信物,也代表即將結束比賽,也是另一個起點的開始...
