真是一場身心煎熬的賽事。
期待→失望→棄賽→續戰→後悔→反省
這心情的起伏轉折還真是強烈~
其實跑馬到現在,真正跑好的比賽可能只有我的第一次超馬賽而已(2013雪霸超馬),不過實際距離也只有53K左右而已吧!!
每次的反省,下次的比賽,還是依舊重蹈覆轍,可能是自己給自己的期望太高或是想測試自己的實力吧!!時常一開始就埋頭的往前衝,但不一會兒,後果就不堪設想了,心智真的還不夠,自己的程度到哪裡,自己應該最清楚,期望下次能好好的改善。
省醒~
1. 賽前訓練強度太高,休息時間不足
2. 賽前睡眠不足
3. 起跑速度拉太高,明知道小推乳酸已開始堆積
4. 一回到柏油路就無力,心無法及時做調整
5. 補給依然錯誤,下次牛奶類禁喝
6. 該棄賽就棄賽,不能被慫恿,雖說無傷完賽,但此種情況容易受傷
7. 如想進步,平常訓練可能需要做調整
8. 總之...下禮拜的七星山,還是要面對...好累~
