初12H依照上上週南橫成績設定要跑到93K。
前50K約不到5.5H完成,心裡就覺得應該可以達標。
因為沒太陽,涼涼地。6H後一路順順跑情況下,心情滿愉快的。
那知近10.5H(87~88K)時,右大腿下後方有酸軟感,踏步會痛,無法持續緩跑。
眼看只差幾圈,當下決定用排乳酸方式走完最後3圈,最終順利完走達標。
