傷後第一場全馬,很高興跑完無痛!
感覺傷好後逐漸恢復訓練,但已經有點慢,也不夠積極,最近都沒做LSD的訓練,跑量也不夠,所以很自然的,最後一圈還是爆了...但沒關係,以後再慢慢練回來,可以保四、腳又不再痛了,就是最值得高興的事!
