從1/2治療到現在幾乎沒什麼練跑,最遠只跑了9K,在還沒有痊癒的情況下,又變胖,這場比賽一開始就有做最壞的打算,但仍默默地希望能在530內完賽!
一開跑的狀況不算太差,但也不太好,速度慢的情況下,心跳一下就拉上來了,跑到15K時,練跑量不足很誠實地反應在雙腳上,感覺腳疲乏無力,不太敢硬撐下去,當起步兵,半跑半走,走的時間居多,直到34K喝完民眾私補的熱薑母茶後,一整個有大復活的感覺,又開始跑起來,總算能順利完賽啊!!
