賽後評分: 路線跑梅山36彎,一直上坡到CP1太平雲梯下的望風亭約13k (費時95min), 之後嘉154縣道是下坡再爬升經過太興村梨園寮車站旁到嘉166線,最高點992m, 然後就是連續下坡~17k(下降~900m),這一段路半年前跑過一次標馬非常刺激。最後接台3線跑~8K。天氣雖熱,不過跑過前一星期的曾南110k, 這場的距離及爬升大概就是曾南從甲仙跑到CP2大埔大立餐飲店,所以只要這樣想,心境就輕鬆許多,不會太難熬,中午以前跑完就可以解脫了! 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
