時間過了半夜12點 賽事進行6小時也已完成60公里,一切看來似乎順利但其實大腿已開始疼痛,中場吃完半碗海鮮粥休息拉筋,再上場速度拉不上來腳跟處有點痛,心想就以10圈為單位,每跑完10圈才進補給站,這個策略進展到200圈後每況愈下,每次再起動都很痛苦速度又拖,身體的反應變得遲鈍,每次的喘息時間都考驗著意志力,完成250圈花費11個多小時,天色漸漸亮開始走了幾圈後,才又開始跑了起來,最終完成261圈。真的是累翻了,生理與心理的雙重考驗,很高興沒有遺憾撐完完整的12小時。 此次成績未達目標表示還是準備不足,必須再想想反省反省,舞台是給準備好的人。
