| 下午五點下了一陣雨,雖然開賽前已經停了,不過天氣真的濕濕悶悶的,大會的梅子水及三合能量水不冰,因為甜甜的,越喝越渴,兩個多小時就快跑不下去,小夫馬上去買冰的寶礦力,有如及時雨,之後大會也開始加冰到飲料中,對於飲水才漸漸適應。
賽前就拉肚子,已經先吃了一包腸胃藥,跑了一個多小時後又很不舒服,兩小時後再去拉,拉完後整個人很虛弱,心中萌生放棄的念頭,喝了寶礦力,再把剩下的腸胃藥吃了,身體狀況要漸漸好轉。
但是賽前的那場雨,讓場地濕濕的,導致鞋子濕掉,跑三小時發現左腳小指已水泡,還好有準備另一雙鞋子,三小時半時(71圈),決定換衣服及鞋子,並把水泡刺破,雖然花了不少時間,不過讓身體舒暢很多,在加上這時候天氣也越來越涼,越跑越順,慢慢把里程數往上累積。
凌晨兩點二十分開始把總排名從61到最後50名,雖然沒達到賽前預設的100km,不過最後還有90幾公里(227圈),勉強可接受。
