PB sub 5 過程有辛有涙,在36km-40km很想sub5,試過後又放棄,放棄後又再試,一路跑曾一路哭過,最後咬緊牙根最後200M再努力𢖍綫,才可以以幾十秒之差能做到personal best time. 給自己一個讚啦!
賽後評分: 補給品多,賽道平坦,天氣舒適,是PB 好機會。人生第四隻全馬能夠PB sub5,太高興了. 只是賽後交通安排一般,回程很疲累.
