嘉義宥羱🏃 早上搭火車去田中,結果一到田中被困在人群中整整約10分多鐘,走到會場寄完物剩下不到20分開跑,只熱身200公尺就去卡位,結果許多選手早已經就位,根本無法擠進去,只能排在後半段,鳴槍開跑後約等了98秒才通過起跑點,通過後也是人擠人,根本也跑不出去,1K後開始稍微加速,3K後人就沒有那麼擠了,可以按照自己配速下去跑,沿途都是田中志工的熱情加油,我也揮手回應,前21K跑出106分,還可以接受的速度,接著後半馬就開始面臨小山路,速度是一定會掉的,但要保持跑步的步伐,26K下坡後就開始面臨腳開始稍微不舒服了,太陽也開始開始讓溫度提高許多,每個補給站都有補給,補給的過程順便走路讓腳有短暫的緩和休息,30K後開始用意志力撐著跑,雙腳早已開始麻痺,完全靠步伐在跑,35K後開始有少數人爆掉順利刷卡過,我一樣維持步伐跑,直到37K後才追上345配速列車,好險沒有跟著列車跑,不然一定爆掉,後面的龍蝦🦞補給根本沒吃到,看到一堆人在排隊就直接無視通過,後面賽道擁擠了許多,必須一直找空間跑,39K後就停止補給,因為已經進入田中街道,熱情志工開始與跑者拍照,補給,擊掌..等,造成賽道很擁擠,也是找空間跑,回到終點小破PB,這場原本就設定一定要破PB,但只破了4分多,自己盡力了,只能說訓練不足,田中人的熱情讓我感觸良多,難怪每年一堆選手搶著要報名,明年預定還要來登記,有機會再體驗一次田中人的熱情,下一場台北馬,希望能夠繼續破PB. 賽前宣言: 抽的到就跑全馬,希望這場夠破PB,次而挑戰330完賽. 賽後評分: 志工熱情,賽道風景棒。 給 5 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 116~141 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 141~159 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 159~164 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 164~174 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 174~179 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為179 點此去設定最大心率 |
