賽前估計平路6分速,山路用走的,大約4:30玩賽,四點起床吃了三片土司和一瓶紅茶,四點半出門搭火車,五點半到會場,天氣涼涼的,一開賽先用熱身速度6分速,後來漸漸變成5:33的配速,穩定到達22km比原先的配速還快,還追上4:15的配速員,直到23km目送他遠去,後面在穩穩到33km就開始沒辦法維持,腿開始有感覺酸痛,開始走走跑跑,38km補給太多停留太久,最後進入市區也跑不起來,最後還是完成4:30的long run有達成賽前的目標。顆顆
