跨海跳島的路線是極大的誘因,坐船、搭機、民宿、離島、自助行等諸多初體驗一併解鎖成就~🔓
海堤邊和大橋上的強風很有挑戰性,本來預想會看到一堆人撿帽子,不過看來大家都有備而來,幸好不久一位女跑者沒讓我失望,看見她帽子被吹落的瞬間,內心爆出一陣喝采~(我真壞心😈)
補給豐盛多樣,仙人掌冰我很喜歡,多排了2、3支;看見30K里程牌瞬間,左小腿瞬間僵硬沉重感湧上,趕快停下大步緩走,進醫護站小腿上噴劑後,換右大腿不安分了,幸好都及時舒緩沒有真的發作~😌
