自從左肩受傷,就再也沒跑超過18K,練習也不夠,即然報了,就來跑吧,今天就以初馬的心情來跑,完成第15次全馬,5年來第一次全馬跌破5小時,真的要打掉重練,跑量要重回200K,最重要的是要再減個幾公斤,下一場再加油。
今天很高興遇到本地高手林國柱大哥及Jacky,與林大哥終於在馬場第一次見面了。
