太小看前一週的南橫百K的後座力,肌力還未恢復又加上週五不小心絆倒跪地右膝挫傷腫大,沒想到硬跑的情況下,代償轉換拉傷髖關節臀大肌,看來這回真的要好好養傷一陣了,不然四月底的富士五湖被關門的機率應該很大!
