如果說跑全馬須要天時地利人和的話,那我今天也只佔到一點地利之便而已,無奈天時(氣溫)不配合,賽後才下起一陣刮風大雨,人和(感冒身體欠安)不順利,前半馬一直處於高心率狀態,未能即時降配速後面爆掉也是應該的!總之自己這陣子缺乏練習(強度)又不耐熱…,把握不住這條平坦的賽道!不論結果好壞,全馬賽季就到這結束!月底還有一場半馬要跑,再繼續努力前進吧!
