這場自己的狀況並不好。一開始沿著沿山公路跑,並不好跑。回程到18 公里已有要抽筋的感覺。過了一半,已破兩小時。知道要跑入4小時是不可能的事。25公里後,大腿開始抽筋。34公里後,更是舉步維艱。好在,最後4公里處有BEER 喝到飽。過了最後一個水站,不到兩公里。跑進終點。只能保5了。熱天跑馬,真是強者!!

賽後評分: 補給有充足,湯湯水水,但沒有熱食或鹹食。沒有太大的驚艷。
