超馬計時賽
賽前我以100K為目標
也完成配速規劃
前85K一切都按劇本進行
令我擔心的膝蓋傷勢也沒發做
但突然發生“大抽筋”
動都動不了😱😱😱
浪費了不少時間恢復
最後只以99.75K做收(殘念😓)
雖然目標沒達成
但卻揀到分1😆😆😆
