跑完百K後 酸痛了幾天結果星期三又感冒...今天才開始恢復跑(都過這麼久..還恢復..) 沿途一直很想用最近在南橫大有斬獲的祕技-跑走法(其實是意志力很弱..跑不動).後來想才這麼給K就跑走..太丟臉了..就慢慢跑.全家買水遇到勇腳Paul哥,看起來精神抖擻,不像我一副要叫計程車回家的鳥樣....
