高雄阿杜 來嚮往已久的忘憂森林跑越野,不過親眼看到之後,覺得這景點有點虛。今天總共跑了46K,爬升1700多公尺,以一個7月份跑量只有20K又咳嗽兩星期的人來說,能順順跑到最後4K小腿才抽筋已經很感恩了~
當然更要感恩一起來玩一起努力喇賽跑的夥伴們、也感恩天公伯今年給了很涼爽的天氣!
