今天天氣相當熱,頂著22度以上的大晴天,還有在正中午下跑。一路幾乎沒有遮蔽物與風,頂著大太陽跑太令人崩潰了。
一路上大家輪流領跑,有快有慢,但整體非常開心。但真的太熱了,以致於休息的時間相當長。
但幸好有大伙一起跑,相互打氣,不然肯定放棄了。
只是馬拉松世界在15公里多時,咪按了暫停去外面做大補給,再開啟後時間整個大亂。這APP也太令人無解了。= =+
匯至Strava再重匯才比較正常。只是還有幾公里有問題。咪根本不可能跑出3分、4分的速度呀!
