跨夜模擬跑part 2
針對上次跨夜模擬跑的缺失,在裝備和補給上都做了調整,這次就沒有再發生失溫現象,但跑到4點多還是抵不過瞌睡蟲,跑到邊跑邊睡,可能自主訓練,一個人比較無聊,腎上線素也不足,也就是精神力不夠專注及堅持。只好結束這次的訓練,接下來也沒有時間再做模擬跑了。剩下來的時間,只能再做一些策略上的調整及心理建設。
