910錶蓋破洞沒帶下水,只記跑步。
基本上從下水到跑完,身體沒乾過,跑步如溯溪,在練習嚴重不足下,僅靠著hold住跑姿,分散注意力,還有一直的數數01-99,搭配步頻,最後還能在四小時完賽真是不容易。
不過跑完幾天身體也是吃足苦頭,感冒發燒。。。
賽後評分: 賽會對於天候的應變有待加強,賽道選手引導也有些問題。
