M1的軌跡紀錄竟然跑到53.78 km,偏差超多
今天去試跑10/21的真武山超馬路線,感覺路況還算OK,雖然最近幾個月颱風肆虐造成山區走山崩塌,不過車輛還算可以通行~
以前的訓練量最多到30K,不過想到下月的合歡馬及真武山超馬,所以想一想還是去山區試跑練習
今日事先計畫給自己9H完跑(該場限時8.5H),主要緩速跑看看路況如何,出發時帶2公升的水袋背包,順跑回來後剩下些許又跑去柑仔店補充1500cc舒跑,沒想到逆跑在下午時段有陡坡陪伴加上太陽公公的照顧沿途當步兵前進..還沒攻頂水又喝光,攻頂前100公尺跑去休閒小棧買了2000cc礦泉水,竟然要價50元,好貴..
回程下坡本想用走的,再以往過30K後通常腳就在痛,沒想到今天狀況還不錯,乾脆就緩速跑下山(跟快走差不多速度..)最後在自己的預定目標內完跑成功(0822出發1720結束),不過如果放在當天比賽就得殘念...
