配速失敗
本想以520配速已經可以完成標馬,該來試試是否可以500完成,這樣就有機會挑戰330。 不過還是太自大了,只能hold住30K,接下來就爆掉了。不幸的是左腳阿基里斯腱又痛了,最後十K跑跑走走完成,真是掉漆@@"
還好有遇到一群好友,大家拍照LDS,還是很好玩。最棒的是看到時守仁大哥,他也順利完成初超馬,讚!
