這場賽事只有水跟運動飲料,三十公里處提供能量膠
最後勉強保五成功,疼死我的腳趾頭
這次賽前都沒有練跑,積極做重訓增加核心肌群耐力,但三十公里後,腹部還是一樣開始痠痛XD....應該是練不夠
這次當國旗小飛俠,沿途幫台灣跑者加油,所以也不敢停下腳步當步兵XD
