Ng To Ki Tony : The organizer is good at having feasible contingency plan. The day before the race, it rained heavily. Many muddy land was flooded with water. As such, the organizer change a part of the original route.
However, the windy condition make the race very difficult. Strong gale wind comes ahead of and at the sides of the runners.
