效率 = 划手數 + 時間(秒) 今天試著以蛙泳游2000m,因為每次都是游到九點清場,從泳池起來的時候就跟救生員大哥點頭示意我ok了!大哥卻問我說看你身材是不是玩三鐵的,我說剛接觸。大哥說我剛剛游得不錯,也給了我一些建議⋯⋯真的遇到好人,我該驕傲嗎?我可是真的很怕有人要巴我頭我才認真練習游泳的捏 4月累積里程 : 16.44 km |
