年後的第二馬,很開心同學光漢、文進、賢戈、承軍&燕惠賢伉儷一起跑馬同樂,今天的前半馬天氣涼爽,雖然是麥當勞路線,但跑感非常好,過9點半後,豔陽高照,天氣熱很多,加上回程的一路上坡,的確有點吃力,就早早後來咩,4:42完賽,比我自訓成績還好,開心餒,加油,繼續努力唄😄😄😄
