台灣這幾天受到「北極振盪」的關係,造成天氣驟低,400公尺的高山都下雪了(陽明山、林口、觀音山、石碇……),所以路跑的氣溫很低而且下雨,冷涷的天氣,使我的手腳快不聽使喚了,雖然成績不佳,但還可接受,訓量還是要強化,不然12小時賽可能會很慘呦!!再下一馬~~~
