揮別2015我的路跑元年😊,覺得自己因為跑步生活過的更精彩🙂,有時心情好跑,心情不好時更想跑,聽著音樂放空自己亂跑~2015的比賽不管距離長短,我總告訴自己盡力去跑就好,不要再去跟人家比,因為第二場我很嚴重的受了傷,我不能因為跑步再讓家人擔心,很開心去了很多不一樣的地方,特別是好開心的大阪馬,跟朋友一起順利玩賽,在這得到很多Mw跑友的鼓勵,大家都很棒👍~邁向路跑第二年希望自己跑得無傷跑的開心,可以得到越來越多的正面能量🙏,大家加油✊
