今天參加北港媽祖杯馬拉松賽,這是我的初馬,原本設定跑進四小時就好;鳴槍開跑,跑速在5分速以內,順順跑還算愉悦,還可欣賞四周的風景;當跑到半馬之後,由於平時只練半馬,體能快速下降,跑成五分多速,來到了撞牆期三十公里,雙腳肌耐力不足,腳痠抬不起腳,速度降到六分多速,痛苦萬分,心中直喊下次不報全馬了,只能靠意志力來跑,拖著疲累的步伐跑到終點,達成了四小時以內的目標,雖然痛苦也完成了我跑全馬🐎的體驗,銘記這跑步的日子。
