最近咳嗽都不會好
又一直跑步
就一直咳到有點煩
星期三早上跑完乾脆休2天
結果是有一點比較不會咳而已
大概一個月沒來鳳體跑步了
還是一樣一堆人走第一道
自己跑間歇就是一直喊走路走第二道喔
沒人跟當然速度也不快
差不多都順順跑
跑姿有稍微收腳收快點
有點像畫圓
