今天一開始就打定要用7分速LSD,沒想到過10K後突然一整個沒力,太陽也出來攪局,只好變7分半到8分速,死撐活撐回到成蘆橋邊。吃完火烤三明治和起司蛋餅加一杯奶茶和超過1000CC的水後上體重計一量,竟然只有76.3公斤!😅這脫水效果也太好了吧!(≧∇≦)
